Small Business Secrets: Such is the title of a new SBS television series, every Sunday at 5pm. The show encourages Australians, and migrants in particular, to have a go, turning a smart idea into a viable business. But what are the pitfalls and who is there to help? The 21-part-series premiered on 31 July. To mark the launch, SBS German aired a panel discussion with four German speaking guests!


How easy is it to open up a small business in Australia? What are the five golden rules? Should you listen to family and friends? And how do you use social media to promote your small business? These are just some of the questions Christian Froelicher put to our studio guests - all of them small business owners.
