Scientists and physicians have to take on several roles during the pandemic: Helpers, explainers and enlighteners. In doing so, they face a flood of conspiracy theories, lies and a lot of hatred, as the results of an Australian study show. The results confirm a survey conducted by the scientific journal "Nature". Barbara Barkhausen talks to me over Skype about what she learned from researchers.
