Australian Sam Elsom wants to fight climate change with an algae. With his idea, the former fashion designer made it to the finals of the prestigious "Earthshot" prize, whose judges include Prince William. If his algae solution were applied to just 15 per cent of the world's cattle population, global emissions could be reduced by three gigatonnes.
