Malaria is a serious, sometimes fatal, disease that is caused by a parasitic infection of the red blood cells. Malaria is contracted by the bite of mosquitoes. Eva Hesping is a young scientist from Germany who is trying to find a cure for the disease. Eva is taking part in current World Science Festival in Brisbane.
