The announcements of Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews that the opening of the restaurants will be allowed on Tuesday at midnight was a deep breath of optimism for many Greek Australian restaurant and tavern owners. Three of them talk to SBS Greek and they are preparing to welcome their first customers.
