Tastes from Homeland : Baked trout with potatoes

Cook delicious trout in the oven, flavored with lemon and lots of fresh herbs, served with crispy fries. Listen to the suggested recipe, by chef Andreas Kyriacou who talks to Nicki Karakatsanis. You can see below what ingredients you need. Ingredients: 1 trout approximately 700-800 g, 4 large potatoes, ½ cup olive oil, ½ cup dry white wine, 1 tablespoon aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano), 2 bay leaves, juice of half a lemon, 3-4 slices lemon, 1 large ripe tomato in slices, salt and pepper.
