US and EU ask for diplomacy to preveil in Greek - Turkish relations

A "bad summer" in the Eastern Mediterranean is predicted by diplomatic analysts, after the severance of diplomatic relations with Greece, announced by Turkish President Erdogan. "We will not fall into the trap of escalation," Greece replies, while the US and EU call on the two countries to resolve their differences through diplomacy.
