જરૂરિયાત ધરાવતા કર્મચારીઓ માટે પોર્ટેબલ લોંગ સર્વિસ લીવ યોજના લાભદાયી

ટૂંકાગાળાના કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ હેઠળ કાર્ય કરતા અમુક ક્ષેત્રના કર્મચારીઓ હવે નોકરીદાતા બદલે તો નવા નિયમો પ્રમાણે તેમની લોંગ સર્વિસ લીવને પણ જે – તે નવી નોકરીમાં લઇ જઇ શકે છે. આ નિયમ અંતર્ગત, વિક્ટોરીયામાં લગભગ 2 લાખ જેટલા કર્મચારીઓએ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવી લીધું છે. આવો, લોંગ સર્વિસ લીવના લાભ પર અહેવાલમાં નજર કરીએ.
