Melbourne's Jewish Community Comes Together in Solidarity

More than 5,000 people arrived to Caulfield Park in Melbourne on Friday evening to stand in solidarity with Israel as the country suffered through the darkest chapter in its history.


Staged by Zionism Victoria in coordination with the principal communal organisations, the pre-Shababt rally included an address from Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan, as well as Victorian Opposition Leader John Pesutto, Federal Attorney General Mark Dreyfus representing the Prime Minister and Senator James Paterson on behalf of Liberal Leader Peter Dutton.
