The Victorian Jewish COVID-19 Taskforce has warned the Jewish community Yiddish report 5.7.2020

The current Australian Government has for the first time publicly voiced its concerns about Israel's potential annexation of land in the West Bank, just a day before the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a postponement of his 1st July 2020 promise to carry out the annexation. The Victorian Jewish COVID-19 Taskforce has warned the Jewish community in that State not to become complacent and to follow the rules and advice for preventing infections, in the wake of rising infections in the north-west region of Melbourne. A record number of talented, younger members of the NSW Jewish community have nominated for the July 10th elections to the state’s roof Jewish body, the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies.
