Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cup boiled chickpeas (mashed)
 - 1 ½ cup boiled potato (mashed)
 - 1 Tbsp Fresh ginger
 - 2 Tbsp fresh coriander
 - ½ Tbsp chopped green chilli / to taste
 - ½ Tsp black pepper
 - 1 Tsp salt/ to taste
 - 1 Tsp lemon juice
 - Oil to shallow fry
 
Ingredients to assemble the burger
- 1 cup Hummas + ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 - Cucumber, cut into long strips with a peeler
 - Baby Spinach
 - Red onion, sliced finely
 - 1 Brioche buns (toasted)
 - ½ Tomato chopped
 - ½ tbsp chopped coriander
 
Method
- In a bowl mix boiled mashed potato, boiled mashed chickpea, fresh ginger, coriander, Green chilli, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
 - Mix and make round patties and set aside for pan-frying
 - Now to cook the patties take a pan add oil and pan fry all the patties form both sides and set aside to serve with the buns.
 
Assembling the burger
- On a plate take bottom half of the toasted brioche bun.
 - Now take 1 cup of hummus add ½ tsp of cayenne paper and mix.
 - Spread this hummus on the bun.
 - Place some baby spinach on the hummus then add cucumber.
 - Then add the veg Pattie then add sliced onion.
 - Take the chopped tomato’s add coriander mix and place it on top of the onion.
 - Leave the top toasted bun slanting on the side.
 - And serve.
