Gujarat assembly elections were held in two phases - December 9th and December 14th.
Amid loud cheers and 'Modi, Modi' chants, India’s Prime Minister Narendra returned to Ahmedabad to cast his vote in the second phase of the Gujarat assembly elections on Thursday.
PM Modi stood in a queue to cast his vote.
He later walked around 500 metres right outside the polling booth to his cavalcade showing his inked finger to the loud cheers.
The Congress Party termed it as a 'roadshow' and called it a breach of the poll codes. Addressing the media, senior Congress leader Randeep Surjewala slammed the Prime Minister.
