It's been a year of health battles, restrictions, lockdowns and deaths, but researchers are working to develop treatments, vaccines and disease-eradicating drugs - which means the future looks brighter for those suffering from illness, and for those scared of getting sick. In clinical trials, researchers have identified the first drug that might be able to combat Alzheimers disease. This is the year 2022 in health.
