Labour shortages in Australia are expected to persist in 2023 and employers expect that to continue. As a provider of staffing solutions for a number of industries including healthcare, hospitality, security, and mining, Brisbane-based Covax Australia serves a diverse group of clients. According to its co-founder Dr Anuj Gupta, the company is pushing for more skilled migration from abroad, particularly from India.
