Indian parents and senior citizens living in Australia often move closer to their children in search of comfort, family connection and a better quality of life. But this journey also comes with emotional and social adjustments, including loneliness, cultural adaptation and changes in daily routine. In this podcast, we hear from Neera Kapoor and Anil Khanna, along with Neeraja Shankar, a mental health expert and clinical psychologist, to understand the lived experiences, challenges and coping mechanisms of ageing in a migrant setting.
