Sea World helicopter crash pilot had used cocaine

A report on the Sea World helicopter crash from a year ago has found that the pilot who died in the mid-air collision had used cocaine in the days leading up to the accident. The Australian Transportation Safety Bureau (ATSB) interim report shows that pilot Ashley Jenkinson, who died along with three others, had cocaine in his system.
