Have you heard of Bhajan jamming? Once confined to temples and traditional settings, devotional music is now finding its way into cafes, clubs and restaurants attracting a younger, more diverse audience. But the question remains — is this making spirituality more accessible, or is it diluting the essence of bhakti? In this podcast, we speak with two bhajan singers who recently performed at events in Melbourne, along with an organiser, to understand the concept and whether it is truly resonating with audiences.
