There have been reports that Apple is looking to exit parts of its manufacturing business from China, the country that helped make it the world's most valuable company. Jennifer Hsu from the Lowy Institute says zero COVID is just the tipping point of historic struggles faced by workers in China. Can India entice these multinational tech companies to set up operations there?
