Make Paneer and Mushroom Masala

Paneer and Mushroom Masala is easy to cook and delicious to eat.

Paneer Mushroom Masala

Ingredients

1 cup paneer(cubed)

1 cup mushroom (thick cut)

2 tbsp oil

1 cup finely chopped onion

Salt to taste

½ cup green capsicum

water as needed

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp garam masala powder

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp sugar

Method

In a pan add oil, pan fry the paneer on both sides and set aside.

Now in the same pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion and salt.

Cook the onions till they turn translucent.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, tomato paste and water (if needed).

Cook this till the gravy is cooked.

Now add capsicum, mushroom and cook till the veggies are cooked.

Add paneer and mix gently and cook for about 2 mins.

Garnish with coriander and serve.
