This theatre performance is talking about dealth. In Hmong culture we rarely talk about death or the way other like on how will they die. And Hmong traditional funeral rituals are always performed when someone dies. In Hmong culture, in time of sickness and death, shamanistic rituals, Hmong traditional rituals and Hmong belief as well as ghost are some time involved
In this story, Ms Lee will share her story of calling her parents every day from 2020 during the height of coronavirus pandemic and bushfires and talk about their lives both back in their homeland and in Australia and how would they like to die as they age.
