Farmers push for a 'fair go' on milk prices

Drought and bushfires which have killed thousands of livestock and razed hundreds of thousands of hectares of land, have added to the strain many dairy farmers are already under due to the extremely low price of milk, which they say is crippling their industry beyond repair.

Now Queensland's dairy industry has launched its own campaign to encourage consumers to only buy milk that gives farmers a “fair go”.
