Through GiveVICBack, Indonesian students in Melbourne take real action, getting involved in social and humanitarian activities in Australia.

The charity initiative GiveVICBack, under the Indonesian Students’ Association of Australia (PPIA) Victoria, has rolled out three key activities: a blood donation drive, visits to an aged care facility, and fundraising for mental health.

What did these programs look like in action? How did the Indonesian community in Melbourne respond? Will they continue in the years ahead? And what do these social activities mean for the community?

Listen to a conversation on SBS Indonesian, where Muhammad Farrel Nugroho, a student and Project Manager of GiveVICBack 2025, talks about the three initiatives.
