Heidi and Rainer Scheunemann have a long history in the growth of men’s and women’s football in Indonesia. But their focus is on developing young players is also on educating them about values and life skills.


Young Indonesians have great footballing potential. Heidi und Rainer Scheunemann are helping young women in Papua to realise that potential as players and as people.  However, they also face a number of challenges.  Rainer Scheunemann explains.
