After an inspiring appearance at the Make It Up Club night of improvised music at Max Watts, the duo “Raja Kirik” will appear at the Toff in the heart of Melbourne in the very early hours of Saturday 11 June. Next week they will travel to Dark Mo Fo 2022 in Hobart and appear with Rinuwat. They are sure to heat up the night.

As “Raja Kirik.” Yennu Ariendra and J. Mo’ong Santoso Pribadi, play music in which electronic and home-made instruments interact to create a dynamically mystical experience for audiences.  They explain to Sri Dean how their understanding of the Archipelago and its diverse traditions inform their creativity.
