Skulls returned

Muhammad Imran Hanafi, the Attache for Education and Culture at the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra, explains how the Australian Government returned four culturally significant skulls to the Indonesian Government.

Why did the Australia hand over four skulls to the Indonesian Government?  How did the skulls originally make their way to Australia?  Do the two nations have a shared understanding about returning cultural property? Muhammad Imran Hanafi addresses the issues.
