After taking a break last year, SoundSekerta is back this year with promise to return to its roots.

SoundSekerta is an Indonesian music festival organised by the Indonesian Student Association (PPIA) at Monash University first started in 2007.

Previously interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and a hiatus last year, this year's event adopts the theme of 'Serenada Nusantara'.

"We're returning our focus to Indonesian culture," said Aiz Fayrizcha, Project Manager of SoundSekerta 2025. Aiz explained that this can be seen, in part, in the storyline as it is not just a music concert.
