Strained relationships: UK, Huawei and USA and the British.

Government has decided to allow telecommunications provider Huawei, a ‘limited role’ in the building of the United Kingdom's 5-G networks, ignoring pressure from the United States to block the Chinese business.

Why is England happy to let Huawei have a role in the building of the United Kingdom's 5-G network?  Why are the USA and Australia opposed to the policy?  How will England reduce intelligence risks?
