The psychological impact on children of increased domestic violence during the pandemic is clear. But the pandemic and changing social behaviour also provides hope for improving relationships in families.


Why is the psychological impact on direct and indirect victims of domestic violence much the same? Why has there been a spike in domestic violence during the pandemic? Margaretha, a teacher in the Psychology Faculty at Airlangga University and a PhD candidate at Melbourne University explains the trends.
