DrLuky Djani, a researcher and lecturer on public policy at Faculty of Administrative Science, University of Indonesia explains why members of the Indonesian Corruption Commission and workers’ groups object to the introduction of an Omnibus Law.


Why are some people opposed to the introduction of the Omnibus Law? Has the process of introducing the legislation ben in error?  Is the Omnibus Law working group suitably qualified  and well qualified to make the law acceptable?  Dr Luky Djani addresses the issues.
