39 bodies found in truck-trailer in eastern England

The bodies of 38 adults and one teenage have been found in a lorry trailer in the eastern English country of Essex.

British Police found 39 bodies in a refrigerated trailer unit in Grays, Essex, in the early hours of Wednesday morning local time. The victims are believed to be asylum seekers, probably from Bulgaria, where the truck was registered.

Police believe the tractor unit - the front part of the lorry - came from Northern Ireland.
