A Box Full of Promises

The story that Liliana Barbieri is telling us through her work "A box full of promises" is about her parents, Nicola and Elvira Di Lizio, who emigrated to Australia looking for a better life. Her work is exhibited now at Museo Italiano in Melbourne within the inter cultural exhibition "Sailing into History: displacements and arrivals" curated by Multicultural Arts Victoria.
