Musician, musicologist and university professor Jacopo Tomatis is in Australia to present his recent book dedicated to Italian song as a genre, from Mimmo Modugno to contemporary trap singers.


Italian musician, musicologist and music journalist Jacopo Tomatis will present in Sydney and Melbourne his latest work entitled Storia culturale della canzone italiana (A Cultural History of Italian Song), a monography published by Il Saggiatore in 2019. 

Both events are free but booking is essential:
