The Rise Pizzeria in Narre Warren North (Victoria) is "converting" the small rural community to the traditional taste of Roman pizza.

Claudio Di Giovanni arrived in Australia for love; originally from Aprilia, a small town in Lazio, down under he preferred to settle in the country.

In May, Di Giovanni opened The Rise Pizzeria in Narre Warren North (Victoria) but the choice has soon presented some challenges.

Despite the commitment to offer professional sponsorships, the company struggles to find specialized personnel willing to move away from the bigger cities.

Besides, the pizzeria is trying to bring in the traditional recipes, which are very far from what the customers are used. For this reason, Di Giovanni and his small family-based team started offering pizza-making classes to local kids "converting" the small community to the real Roman pizza deal.
