Rosa Daniele's parents got married after World War II in Puglia with the most unusual wedding dress.


Rosa Daniele tells SBS Italian how her mother in 1946 upcycled an American parachute found in the mountains near her village Cagnano Varano, Puglia.

The parachute silk was transformed into a wedding dress that has been carried in Australia and passed to her daughter.
