A book that tells Bruno Ravagnani's story. Ravagnani emigrated to Australia in 1929. After working in the sugar cane plantations of North Queensland, Mr. Ravagnani ended interned for almost six years at the outbreak of the Second World War. He also very commited to promoting the integration of Italian people down under: he received the silver medal of COASIT and was awarded, by Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, the title of Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic. We spoke about his story with Daniele Marconcini, the president of Mantovani in the world's association.
