An Italian restaurateur refused to give grated Parmesan cheese to a customer who wanted to add it to a fish-based pasta dish. The discussion became very public when the customer wrote a review on TripAdvisor to express his outrage, to which the restaurateur responded with a fiery message.
We asked our listeners what they thought of the debate, with the help of our studio guest Domenico De Marco, chef of the Giro d'Italia restaurant.
