Federico Frasca, 16 years old from Rome, spent about two months in Melbourne for a school exchange with Xavier College. He 'gave up' his holidays in Italy to spend a winter of studies in Australia, a choice many of his Italian friends considered crazy, but that turned out to be a 'tactic'.
