The "World Trophy of Pastry, Gelato, and Chocolate" by the International Federation Of Pastry FIPGC, takes place every 2 years in Italy. Australia has been nominated by the Federation to compete.


The selections and pre-selection of the "Australian Team of Pastry FIPGC" to take part in the "World Trophy of Pastry, Gelato, and Chocolate" have been taking place in 2018. The finale will be at Fine Food in Melbourne on 13 September 2018.
