Do you want your children to eat cauliflower? Here's the perfect recipe.


Everybody loves Rosa Mitchell's cauliflower fritters. Chef and owner of Rosa's canteen in Melbourne learned how to prepare this dish from her mother as a child, when she was still living in Catania.

Ingredients:

  • ½ boiled cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour
  • A handful of parsley
  • Two eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper
... And that's it!
