Everybody loves Rosa Mitchell's cauliflower fritters. Chef and owner of Rosa's canteen in Melbourne learned how to prepare this dish from her mother as a child, when she was still living in Catania.
Ingredients:
- ½ boiled cauliflower
- 1 cup of flour
- A handful of parsley
- Two eggs
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
