European Interior Ministers of four key countries towards


Interior Ministers of Germany, France, Finland, Italy and Malta discussed a new joint model on location of migrants and refugees rescued at sea within the Union.

Luciana Lamurgese from Italy was in Malta and announced the new agreement, welcomed by Italian Premier Giuseppe Conte as a, 'historic turning point".

Italian journalist Carlo Fusi, director of the newspaper Il Dubbio (Rome) commented the news and looked at the difficult situation of Italian politics in the context of the next administrative elections in Umbria, Calabria and Emilia Romagna.
