The historic High Court decision explained by Australian Politics expert, Paul Scutti.

With a historic ruling, on February 11, 2020, the High Court ruled that Australian Aborigines cannot be deported from the country under the Constitution, even if technically considered 'foreigners'.

A sentence that, according to Paul Scutti, would represent a step towards the recognition of the Aborigines in the Constitution.

Scutti also analysed the latest news on federal policy, including the drop in preferences for Prime Minister Scott Morrison in the polls and the Nationals crisis.
