Cesare Bentivogli, a member of Emilia Romagna's board of directors of the Italian Trainers Association, explains what are the pros and cons of "smart working" and distance training in the times of coronavirus, and how the "invisible skills" required by the job market have become essential in these times of isolation.

The Italian Trainers Association (AIF) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1975, home to 2,000 consultants and business leaders from all over Italy, professionals in training, organizational strategies and personal learning and development processes.
