Today's recipe is truly original because it brings together two famous desserts, Italy’s tiramisu and Australia’s lamington, with a hint of Aboriginal culinary magic. It's called "Aussiemisù" and is a creation of Sydney-based Calabrian-born chef, Carlo Staropoli.

150 gram savoiardi
2 medium eggs
250g mascarpone
60g sugar
150ml coconut milk
20g wattle seed
50g grated coconut
100g melted dark chocolate
