The international press, according to several newspaper articles published in recent days, is concerned that a rejection by the electorate of a constitutional referendum for which Italians will vote in a few months will bring the country to a situation of political instability and harm in this way the European Union. In light of these forecasts, we asked Ivan Rota, legal director of the Italia dei Valori and former deputy of the centre-left political party, if he shares such fears.
