Polpettone alla ligure is a typical recipe from Liguria, a coastal region of north-western Italy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg zucchini;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 slices of bread;
  • 50 gr butter;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • Continental parsley;
  • Marjoram;
  • Breadcrumbs;
  • 2 eggs
  • Grated parmesan cheese;
  • Salt & pepper.
