The International Olympic Committee announced Monday that Italy's bid to host the 2026 Winter Olympics has been accepted, but the news arose some critics.

The International Olympic Committee announced Monday that Italy's bid to host the 2026 Winter Olympics has been accepted.

The games will be held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, in Northers Italy; the news was welcomed with enthusiasm by many members of the Italian institutions but also some critics from some members of the Parliament.
