In an attempt to stop the coronavirus emergency in Australia, the government has closed gyms, among other activities. How can you keep taking care of your physical health?

Nadia Piazza, originally from Florence, studied Motor Sciences in Italy before arriving down under where she continued her career as a personal trainer.

The PT tells about the importance of exercising, at all ages, not only to derive physical but also psychological benefits and that you can do that easily from home.
