Journalist Giampiero Gramaglia reports.

Former special counsel Robert Mueller has told Congress his report into Russian meddling did not exonerate US President Donald Trump of obstruction of justice. Mr Mueller has answered questions about the investigation into the 2016 presidential election for the first time, disputing Mr Trump's claims that it was a "witch hunt."

Some Democrats were hopeful Mr Mueller's testimony would help them make the case to impeach the President, but his performance has been criticised as fumbling and imprecise.
