Gradi Founder, Johnny di Francesco, is on the lookout for three of Victoria's most amazing Nonnas or Nonnos.

In celebration of the beautiful bond between food and family, Gradi at Crown is on the lookout for three of Victoria's most amazing Nonnas or Nonnos, and their much-loved family recipes, to become part of a limited-time-only Piatti Dei Nonni menu, featured exclusively at Gradi at Crown.

Founder, Johnny di Francesco will meet with each Nonna/Nonno and learn the secret tricks to nailing their signature dish (each will make either an entree, main or dessert), as well as exploring the nostalgic story behind the recipe.

To celebrate and thank the chosen three, Johnny Di Francesco will host them, along with their friends and family at Gradi at Crown to officially launch the Piatti Dei Nonni menu, available for the month of August.
