Silvia Ercole, Melbourne's Chinese Museum education manager, reports.

Almost two billion people welcomed the lunar Year of the Pig on Tuesday, but the celebrations worldwide are far from over. A Dragon Parade will highlight Sunday's celebrations organised in Melbourne for the Chinese New Year Festival. The event will start at the Chinese Museum at 11.45am and will travel around the CBD before getting back to Chinese Museum by 12.45pm. For the occasion, the museum is open to free admission in the afternoon.
